Ten years ago a marriage breakup left me penniless, in debt, living in a dingy rented flat, in a job I hated and with severe anxiety and depression. Using healing therapies and the self help tools I taught myself from some wonderful books I discovered, I turned my life around, re-trained as a Mental Health Nurse, paid off my debts and now own my own beautiful cottage. I learned many life skills along the way and discovered the incredible power of our minds to make or break us. It is now my life’s work to show others how to achieve what I achieved. If I could do it…so can you!!!!
My vision is to take you gently by the hand and help you to get in touch with the wonder and magic of who you really are! To help you become ‘unstuck’ and move into a place of happiness and genuine fulfilment by helping you to increase your self esteem and self confidence. Find out who you really are so that you can live your life in total alignment with your heart and soul. You do not have to twist and turn in order to fit in. You are who you are.
