About Me
My name is Sheila Wren and I am a Registered Nurse, Mental Health. I have been interested in the spiritual dimension of existence all my life and have worked with Reiki and Complementary Therapies for many years, witnessing the profound effect these have on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
My experience both as a nurse and a practitioner has led me to believe in the inner beauty and potential of everyone, regardless of what appears on the outside. It is my absolute belief that inside everyone lies beauty, strength, creativity and wonder, often hidden by clouds of self doubt and lack of confidence and self esteem. My passion is supporting self empowerment and seeing someone break free from their cocoon and soar to undreamed of heights is my joy.
